Our Billing Department is staffed by friendly, qualified people who are happy to assist you with billing                                                                    questions or concerns.

Our practice participates with many insurance companies and managed health care programs. If you are a member of one of these plans, our business office will submit a claim for services rendered. However, we depend upon you to provide accurate and up-to-date insurance information at the time of your visit.

If we do not participate with your insurance plan, our office will file the claim on your behalf as a courtesy; however, payment in full is expected at the time of service.

For your convenience, payment can be made with cash, check or credit card.
