About Us

Formed in 1998, CapitalCare Medical Group, a physician-owned medical practice, began with 14 medical offices. Since then, we have grown substantially. We currently have 25 medical offices in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties, a clinical laboratory and central business office. We offer primary care services in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. We have expanded from primary care to specialty care services in Endocrinology, Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, medical nutrition therapy, and comprehensive diabetes education and a state-of-the-art clinical laboratory.
