I love how my boss is very understanding and helps to improve the office with even just the littlest things. If we are understaffed she will be quick to jump in and help. Our doctor is a great person to work for too. If I make a mistake, they don't criticize, but they do try to help me understand what I can do to fix it and make it right in the future.

Wonderful support from office staff and CBO. Training was important to me. It was thorough and what a good company does to make a new employee build confidence and want to come back everyday. Great communication throughout the company. Our office has fun and laughter each day; in the mix of a very busy office.

He values my input and suggestions. You do not get that kind of respect everywhere. We work as a team!

If anyone has a complaint it is addressed right away, she holds bi-annual office meetings and if any of us have any input on what could be done differently to help make things run smoother, they always listen and try to put that into the plan.

The providers in our office are outstanding. They are the nicest and sincere people I have ever met. We do little contests, programs and prizes. They hold a Winter Gala for employees and a guest....wow, such nice prizes and outing for the employees!!

Our providers are wonderful people who have great integrity and compassion. I can always talk with them to discuss issues.

Approachable for suggestions. Flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of patients. Family oriented to meet the needs of our own families.

They are flexible and value work/family balance.
