Dr. Catherine Smitas graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts
with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Science. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine
degree from University of Rochester in Rochester, New York and completed her residency
in General Internal Medicine at Brown Medical School in Providence, Rhode Island.
Dr. Smitas has previously served as an attending physician at Rhode Island Hospital
and as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Brown School of Medicine. She is certified
by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College
of Physicians.
