Dr. Gary Kolanchick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Franklin
& Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and his Doctor of Medicine degree
at Albany Medical College. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine
at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Kolanchick has practiced Family Medicine in Berne for twenty-nine years, and
his practice joined CapitalCare Medical Group in June 2011. He is Board
Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Family Physicians.
