Dr. Hani Shahata earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ain Shams University
in Cario, Egypt. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship
in Nephrology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Elmhurst Medical Center in Queens,
New York.
Dr. Shahata’s experience includes service as the Nephrology Attending Medical Director
for Hasting Hemodialysis, Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, New York as well
as a General Internist at Elmhurst Medical Center. He has also served as a Hospitalist
at the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, NY. He is certified
by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has subspecialty board certification
in Nephrology.
