Patrick F. Caulfield, MD earned his medical degree at the University of New Mexico,
and completed his Family Practice residency at the University of Vermont.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Caulfield is certified
in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Life Support
in Obstetrics, and Newborn Resuscitation.
Dr. Caulfield's academic appointments have included Interim Chairman and Vice Chairman
of the Department of Family Practice at Albany Medical Center, where he also served
as Associate Professor.
