Earning his Medical degree at Albany Medical College and completing his residency
at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Dr. Toll has specialized in Internal Medicine
for more than 20 years.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Toll is a member of the
Schenectady County Medical Society, American Geriatrics Society, Medical Society
of the State of New York, NYS Medical Directors Association, and the American College
of Physicians.
He is an attending physician at Ellis and St. Clare's Hospitals and a consulting
physician at Sunnyview Hospital and Rehabilitation Center. He is Medical Director
of the Northwoods (Hilltop) Brain Injury and Nursing Center, and the Ellis Center
Skilled Nursing Facility. He also serves as President of Mohawk Valley Medical Associates.
Dr. Toll is the Treasurer of CapitalCare's Board of Managers, and serves on the
