Dr. Shailesh R. Patel earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baroda Medical College in Baroda, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Patel also completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at Albany Medical College.
Dr. Patel has practiced in Schenectady since 1990. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has subspecialty board certification in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine.
