Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Malone is a developmental pediatrician with extensive experience in the care of special needs children. He earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Malone completed his residency in pediatrics and his fellowship in developmental disabilities at Albany Medical Center. He is board certified in Pediatrics, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.
Dr. Malone is the co-founder of Developmental Pediatrics in Latham. He is Clinical Associate Professor and Division Head of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Albany Medical College.
His areas of special interest include Autism, adoption, special needs children, and Down Syndrome.
Dr. Malone is involved in our community by being an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church as well as leading international medical missions.
When Dr. Malone isn't busy seeing patients he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and telling them stories. You also may find him walking, gardening, and honing his photography skills.
