Originally from Glenville, Dr. Carolyn Eaton, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the National Association of Inpatient Physicians, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Syracuse. She was an undergraduate at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Eaton was the recipient of a Family Practice Resident Teacher Award while at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She also received the Dean's Letter of Commendation for two consecutive years as a medical student. In addition, Dr. Eaton was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society while at Trinity University.
Dr. Eaton most recently was affiliated with Regent Square Family Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she also served as a hospitalist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Her areas of special interest include geriatrics.
When Dr. Eaton isn't seeing patients, she is busy raising her two children. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and sewing.
